This is the second of a series of articles by and with members of the board of the Arizona Film & Media Coalition (AFMC). We hope this series will help you learn about the things we do. If you like what you read, please consider joining our cause:
Harry Tate, a.k.a. “H.T.”, is an Executive Producer and a media consultant. He serves as Advisory Chairman of the AFMC Board. In his advisory capacity, H.T. brings to every discussion a wealth of knowledge rooted in his many years of experience in our industry and in working with legislators.
When asked about some of the most pressing concerns of our industry, H.T. sites the diminishing production work being done in Arizona and the loss of professionals who have moved from Arizona to other states.
His goal within the AFMC is to work with elected officials and industry organizations inside Arizona; and to promote outreach to Arizona residents concerning effective legislation to assist our industry within the State.
AFMC is working toward solutions through communication with elected officials and leaders within our industry. H.T. asks the readers of this blog to please support the AFMC and our mission to improve productions and economic development in Arizona.
